This bungalow has some incredible views of Dartmouth and the estuary, close to town, but far enough away to make for a peaceful getaway.
The house provides the perfect base for various activities, from exploring the wonderful coastal walks with your fluffy companion, to water sports, or just relaxing on the beautiful beaches
If you fancy a more relaxed trip then there are plenty of wonderful pubs and restaurants (The majority are dog friendly) to enjoy, as well as several lovely, independent shops.
Recently refurbished, this house has so much to offer. It features a lovely, open plan living area, and a kitchen with ample space to cook and prepare food. There are 2 ovens, a hob, good sized fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. There is everything you could need to prepare a meal as well as entertain.
The lounge is spacious and light, with 2 sofas and an armchair. There is a smart TV, so it’s easy to access all your favourite programmes. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There are 3 bedrooms:
- The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing table and an en-suite with shower.
- The second bedroom has a double bed.
- The third bedroom has a bunk, with a double on the bottom and single on top.
The outdoor space consists of a secure rear garden for both large and small dogs which can be accessed by the patio doors or side gate. Perfect seating area to unwind after a long day of exploring.
There are miles and miles of sandy beaches to let your dogs run free and enjoy themselves. We recommend Blackpool sands which is about a 10-minute drive from the house, Dartmouth and the surrounding area offer plenty of dog-friendly pubs/cafes and shops to visit.
Dog bowls and towels are provided.
