Read MoreI take an animal-centred approach to all my pet care. My dog walks are limited to 4 (as per RSPCA guidelines), and I always use a compassionate, force-free approach. I am constantly studying to ensure that I have the most up to date knowledge on canine welfare and behaviour to help the dogs have the best experiences whilst with me. Communication with guardians (pawrents) is really important, and I keep in close contact, emailing a walk report at the end of the day. For pet visits and home boarding, daily photos are emailed out, so that you can rest easy and enjoy your holiday as much as your animals enjoy theirs. I am fully insured and have extensive first aid training for all pets. Safety equipment, such as first aid kits, are carried on all my walks, and my car is equipped with crash-tested crates in the boot. I hold a 5* (Higher Standards) home boarding license from Bolton Council (138514). Member of National Institute of Canine Ethics, Professional Dog Walkers Association, and Association of Dog Boarders

I am taking care of my daughter's spaniel while she is deployed abroad - and we needed a walker in the middle of the day whilst I am at work - we found Heather and she is so good with Benji - he loves her and his hitherto erratic behaviour whilst on the lead is getting much better. it is so reassuring to know he is in such good hands when I am not there.

Heather knew lots of ‘trick of the trades’ and we have now even swapped to a healthier peanut butter for our dog who was spoilt whilst staying with Heather. Our family really enjoyed the comical daily updates too!
