Our team of pet sitters are dedicated and share a passion for animals. We really do love our pet sitting jobs! Safety of your pet is a priority whilst they are in our care so you can rest assured that your animal is in safe hands and will be looked after as if they were one of our own. Our team are driven by Heather’s passion for taking care of animals and understanding their natural behaviours, basic needs and welfare.

We have fifteen vans that we use to transport dogs safely throughout the team. Five of the dog walkers vans are based in Bath, eight of the vans are based in Bristol and one is based in Midsomer Norton. Each dog is given a separate crate during transit with comfy vet bed to lie on and we have bespoke air conditioning fans fitted to each van to keep the dogs cool. All of our vans are sign Written, look out for them on your travels. We also have state of the art camera and tracker systems fitted to our vehicles. We have an experienced and well trained team of dog walkers and pet sitters that cover most areas of Bristol and Bath to include Fishponds, Staple Hill, Kingswood, St George, Hanham, Frenchay, Horfield, Stapleton, Warmley, Knowle, Brislington and most surrounding areas In Bristol and in Bathampton, Batheaston, Bathford, Weston, Newbridge, Twerton, Odd Down, Larkhall, Bathwick and surrounding in Bath. Midsomer Norton, Chillcompton, Radstock, Timsbury, Paulton, Farmborough and surrounding areas in Radstock.

All of our dog walkers and pet sitters are trained in pet first aid within the first few months of starting work with us. All of our team have to have a clear police check as a basic before they start to work for us; this is done whilst they are in training with us. We have established a comprehensive training programme with Heather and the team leaders in Bath and in Bristol and a period of shadowing our other dog walkers. Our team learn how to handle dogs properly, where to walk and where to avoid. What to do in an emergency situation and exactly how we like your dog cared for. Continuous personal development for all the team is actively encouraged by the company. Many of our dog walkers and pet carers have completed Dog Behavioural Courses, Nutrition Courses, Dog Law Certificates, Holistic Diplomas, Zoopharmacognosy, TTouch, Dog Agility workshops and also dog law seminars.
