Venture Dogs

I have found that many dog owners have the same issues and worries about their pets. They may struggle with loose-lead walking, have a dog who barks at other dogs on walks, or worry about leaving them home alone. Whatever the issue is that you have, I can guarantee that you're not the only one - even though it may seem that way.

I want to make dog behaviour and training accessible and easy to understand for everyone, whether you're reading along here or we have the chance to speak in person.

I want to provide people with jargon-free and simple advice to make life with their dog more fun and worry-free.

I have a Masters in Zoology from Bristol University, where I did my dissertation on play between pet dogs and their owners. I also have over 5 years of practical experience working with dogs, from training classes and pet-sitting to rehoming centres and boarding kennels. This gives me a well-rounded balance of knowledge and experience to help improve your dog's life - and your own.

I believe that everyone - dog and human alike - can learn and make progress no matter their age or previous experience. I am dedicated to helping you do just that.
