Phoenix Health Care Services has been a successful care company for the past 13 years, continually providing an outstanding level of care to nursing homes, residential homes and learning disability trusts throughout Cornwall. With the help of frequent specialised training sessions and the hard working nature of our valued carers we are able to provide our clients with a better quality of care/life.

Knowledge is the key. Our training sessions provide our health care assistants with new opportunities to better qualify themselves and excel further in the job they do.

Although Phoenix Health Care Services main objective is to provide an outstanding quality of care throughout Cornwall, They also support the four-legged furry friends out there through a Charity very close to the Company directors heart.

Barking Mad Dog Rescue: Rescuing & Re-homing abandoned dogs in Romania.

Dog lover Jill Bone (company director) bred 6 generations of Golden retrievers one of which attends work every day brightening up our office at the age of 16 years young.

After seeing the devastating conditions that dogs suffer in Romania Jill began her mission donating money to help in every way she could. This allowed the charity to buy food for the Romanian dogs, pay for urgent medical treatment and transport a number of dogs across the country to their new loving forever homes.

Jill Bone also pays a huge part not only helping in Romania but also in the UK carrying out home checks ensure safe grounds before rescue dogs are able to be transported to their new home.

For every shift that Phoenix Health Care fill; £1 is donated to Barking Mad Dog Rescue.

All of the office staff in our work place are dog lovers which shows by the fact that the office dogs now outnumber the humans. We have six dogs who are in the work office everyday with us five of which are rescue dogs. One of our rescues was paralysed on her back legs when she was first brought over however after 103 sessions of hydrotherapy she is now up and walking confidently.

We have recently relocated to a new office better suited for the dogs with plenty of space to run and play with an enclosed garden.

It is fair to say that Phoenix Health Care Services is a dog loving workplace.
