The two brands, owned and operated by CDS Superstores, welcome well-behaved dogs in all stores nationwide, provided they are kept on a lead. This new policy comes as part of both brands’ ongoing commitment to creating a more inclusive and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers. To ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for all visitors, The Range and wilko ask that dog owners adhere to a few simple guidelines: Dogs must be on a lead at all times while inside a store Owners are responsible for their dogs' behaviour and must ensure that they are well-behaved, and do not disturb other customers And owners must clean up after your dog if necessary, and be mindful of their surroundings The Range and wilko continue to provide dedicated pet aisles stocked with everything dogs might need, from food and toys to grooming supplies and accessories.

Today I went to Range Llansamlet with my 2 dogs and went straight at the back to buy dog food. One of the their staff said that my dog is peeing but when i checked he didn't actually pee. My dog is not neutered yet so he is making an act of peeing but not actually peeing. Nothing has been said after that, a minute later she came back with the manager. I asked what was the issue, he told me that my dog is scenting and peeing. I asked the ladt where he peed and i will clean it myself. Manager said he was worried about his staff health. I told him i can't stop my dog from peeing and said " am i being serious ? Even said to my husband "who he was speaking too and pointing his finger at my husband. He said to us to leave the building. He was very rude and i said lady could have asked me nicely to take the dogs out.
I was very upset and hysterical in the shop as I felt discriminated and he even warned me he will phone the police!!!! For what law did I break??? Their is a huge sign at their door "dog friendly" they do have accicents that cannot be help! What a very awful experience i had today. I have brought my dogs to so many lplaces and never had this kind of experience bec of mg dogs!!!
