Allison has been exceptional in her patience when grooming our dog. The stress free groomer Alison, has known our cockapoo Jake, since a small puppy and with her help he has grown in
confidence when groomed. It started as a very scary unknown procedure, but now as I listen from the next room, I find that Alison has good communication, patience and care with Jake and the results are much better.

Alison always takes time to welcome my dog and puts him at ease. Alison is friendly and very patient with Olly until he is ready to be groomed. Olly always looks handsome and smart and leaves the salon happy. Would always recommend Alison to other dog owners.

The stress free groomer isn't just a groomer, they genuinely care about the welfare of the pets in their care and are always looking at new ways of making our puppo's feel more comfortable. Full of great advice and there is so much more to the service than just a groom or a house sit. the personal touches really do make a dog owner feel special.
