A beautiful, extremely dog friendly property situated in peaceful surroundings. The house is large yet it also has a cozy feel. The garden is lovely and very well maintained.

The attention to dog detail is outstanding, I've never stayed at a place with not only a properly secured garden but an outside dog shower (not a hose) dog towels, dog lounge, dog safety tags, abundance of poo bags and a dedicated bin, homemade dog treats the list goes on...star quality!

The farmhouse has been the perfect holiday house for my family (doggies included). The garden is a favourite place for our doggies, it is completely enclosed and even has a dog shower which especially helps after a muddy or sandy walk!! The dog obstacle course equipment has always been an amazing addition as well as the treats the owners always leave for the dogs. We have already booked to stay again in November as it’s a treat for the whole family. It’ll alwasy be special to us as we took my grandfather last year for his last holiday, he loved the pool table.

We had the most wonderful time when the family came over from Holland. We had three large dogs,two babies and seven adults, the farmhouse was so big and welcoming we were never on top of each other. The host were lovely and so kind They were there if we needed anything.

We have stayed at the Farmhouse, East Ruston twice. Tim and family always very welcoming, a huge amount for the family to do (table tennis, pool, darts, roulette) and lovely spacious house. Wilbur our Goldendoodle loves the spacious garden and long walks nearby.

We have had multiple amazing dog holidays at the farmhouse. It has always been completely dog friendly and is a beautiful house, that is homely and to a high standard. It’s so nice knowing on holiday that the house is completely safe for your fur babies, ours have especially enjoyed the large enclosed garden!!

A wonderful property to visit. The enclosed garden is perfect for dogs. The dog shower is ideal for after walk wash downs.
The games rooms are great for rainy days and there are plenty of places to walk and watch the sunrises and sunsets.

A big thank you to the owners:) to make our stay so special. We need it a break. We had lovely stay, full of fun. It is an amazing house with a lot of entertainment, you never will get board. Near by are the most amazing sandy beaches and also on the door step lovely country walks. I highly recommend this holiday home.

Well what can I say The Farmhouse has it all very comfortable and dog friendly and the owners are extremely nice and very helpful. This all adds up to a very relaxing holiday in a very nice house that is well equipped and has lovely garden that is secure for dogs. Plenty of room for our family gathering very very nice.

The house is amazing and has a wonderful outside area with plenty of space for several kids and dogs , the dogs who stay here even have their own doggy shower room!
Tricia & Tim are friendly and brilliant hosts and the area is quiet and beautiful, just minutes from the beach.

Lots of space for the two large dog crates that were provided. Dogs welcome on furniture with throws. Holiday dog tags, bowls and treats. Great large, secure garden with some agility equipment and a superb, fully enclosed, warm, dog shower for after a long muddy walk.

Warm personal greeting to a lovely well equipped family home . Fabulous games room which the grandkids love. Super safe enclosed garden even with a warm dog shower!
