They are super welcoming, know every pet by name and even enquire if they know the pet is unwell. My dog was given a welcome toy on his first visit and loves food shopping there, picking out his favourites (and scrounging titbits). They are very knowledgeable and have very good products. The best.

We've used Prime Pets for years - it's not just a pet shop but a source of advice for Dog's, Cat's, rabbits, Wild Birds... the list goes on. Super friendly and they support local charities and the local dog show.

The staff are awesome, know so many things off the top of their head and can recommend many natural treats & remedies to help our dogs live their best lives.
They are incredibly community minded, allowing those who are struggling to have products at no cost without making a song & dance about it.
