Charlie loves Hannah and enjoys his grooming sessions, running in to find Hannah when he arrives. Hannah always does a very thorough groom and we are always very happy to have a dog hair free home for a little while. Charlie’s coat looks amazing after a visit.

She is happy to cut his nails inbetween appointments. How she keeps him still long enough to do this is beyond me but she is extremely helpful.

Hannah has looked after my Teddy Bear since he was 10 weeks old, she is absolutely amazing with him and he loves her like his family as do we! The hardest thing about relocating to Lincolnshire last year was having to find a new groomer, she is irreplaceable! Hannah is highly skilled, incredibly knowledgable AND genuinely cares for the animals. Hannah did a fabulous job on our rather scruffy giant mountain dog. His coat has never looked or felt better. We will be Hannah regulars!

Hannah is a miracle worker! She always always greets my old grumpy dog with a kind calm voice and he never hesitates to trot in with her. He always comes out calm and relaxed. My dog can be somewhat nervous around those in the professional animal business due to a bad experience at the vets, he is also quite a heavy shedder who cannot be brushed easily as it upsets his skin. Hannah at Pooch Beauty Parlour always goes out of her way to make sure my dog is supported, comfortable and happy during every single groom, which even in the absence of the traditional brush still manages to make my boy come out suitably defluffed and smelling fresh. We both love Pooch Beauty Parlour very much and always appreciate the service and the expert advice on all things pooch. Wouldn't take my boy anywhere else.

Our Standard Poodle is 9 nine year old and Hannah Luton at Pooch Beauty Parlour has been Grooming him for around the last 5 years. Prior to this he had been Groomed by a number of different Groomers, none of them very satisfactory - in fact, one of them, I suspected of rough, bullying treatment. Hannah Luton is truly an animal lover and our dog is relaxed and happy with her. She is gentle and kind with dogs and takes time to relax & soothe the anxieties of the nervous ones. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

Not only have I known Hannah and Rachael for years and know what kind, good people they are, particularly with their animals, once Hannah started gromming, I took my rather nervous poodle cross to her for a groom - after years of working with my mum, wrapping him in a towel to keep in the claws! And exposing one bit at a time to trim! - he sat there and enjoyed himself (except the blow dry!) Just showing what a connection she has with the dogs (and occasional cats) she grooms

To be honest Hannah is just wonderful. She seems to have this intuitive bond with any dog that she grooms, it’s almost mesmeric to watch. I’ve not yet seen a dog that she can’t groom no matter of temperament or attention span. Hannah deserves to win this as she will always put her animals and others before herself no matter what. We live in a small village and everyone has come to rely and depend on Hannah for that love and care that their best friends need. Hannah, we love you!

This lady At Pooch Beauty Parlour, who I have had the pleasure of working alongside is just amazing. Like myself she loves helping the dogs feel safe and happy when being groomed. The dogs love her and trust her completely. I do to and she has become a dear friend of mine as have the doggies, cats, rabbits she grooms. She's also an Auntie to my wonderful rescue pup.
