Came in store to use the self-service dog wash, Gail and Pat advised us to use the grooming salon which I then did, the girls in grooming could not have done a better job on my little Bertie. They made us feel so welcome!

Use this groomers regularly. Faith does an outstanding job every time. We would never go anywhere else! She is absolutely amazing with our dog who is a little nervous the grooming environment. Faith puts him at ease straight away and treats him like a king!

I have a senior Jack Russell and at Pets & Friends they take such good care of her when she goes for her pamper day , she always comes away looking and smelling beautiful . Weâve been to different groomers in the past and Bella always looked so scared when I went to collect her but at Pets & Friends sheâs always wagging her tail and I can tell sheâs calm and happy . The staff are all friendly and knowledgable in what they are doing . Itâs a great feeling knowing youâre leaving your pets in safe hands .

Pets and friends Sutton in Ashfield are the friendliest most helpful team Iâve experienced! The grooming team are so committed to doing an excellent job and sometimes have gone above and beyond to get my boys looking their best! The shop staff are so welcoming and extremely helpful!
