This lady has completely turned me and my dog around, I couldn’t even take him for a walk due to his reactivity, didn’t have friends over to the house but thanks to Fiona we enjoy our walks now and we can have people over. My boy lived her straight away and she was very kind a with him.

Fiona just gets dogs, it’s like a natural gift, although I know she has worked extremely hard to gain her qualifications and don’t want to minimise that.
Not only does she get it she can then model and explain it to me as an owner in a way that I can easily replicate! Shes amazing!

We have used Fiona for both our reactive dog and then new puppy. Rex is now 1 and we have been going to classes with Fiona for a year. He is the best behaved dog and we recently attended scent classes as well. We would recommend her to everyone.

After working with various trainers and behaviourists since our puppy first starting showing signs of anxiousness, no one has managed to change my life quite like Fiona. She truly cares about and breaks down how your dog is feeling, and also how you as the handler are. When i was at a loss my vets gave me fionas number we all worked as a team to try and help my old dog out but unfortunately we had to let her cross the rainbow bridge and Fiona was there for us during all of this and has even helped us with our scared 5 year old frenchie she was petrified of vets due to constant caesareans and being badly mistreated now she is an amazing dog but she still has a long way to go and i cant thank fiona enough for helping us and giving advice and our chats highly recommend

Fiona has been essential in our journey with our new puppy. We started with the puppy classes where we learnt lots of valuable information we wouldn’t have considered prior and key skills to utilise in training our puppy. The classes were all extremely well ran with a friendly yet professional disposition. Fiona has a wealth of knowledge that she constantly shares to help in all matters. We enjoyed the classes and learnt so much we booked a 1 to 1 session and look forward to the follow on class when our puppy is old enough.

Fiona supported us with our Border Collie Merlin. She stayed past her allotted time to listen to our story and offer support and guidance to help our boy who was suffering from fear reactivity. Fiona wrote us a behaviour plan that night and contacted our vets Unfortunately, it was decided by ourselves that his aggressive behaviour was too unpredictable and unsafe and we made the decision to BE. Fiona supported our decision and offered us a full refund even after the services she provided. I reached out to Fiona again recently as we were looking to start our journey with a new dog and she eagerly provided information and support on choosing a puppy without charge. We are also started puppy classes with her soon. Fiona's patience and compassion towards our case gave us the courage to keep our family safe and the confidence to continue our dog journey.
