Natalie is the only person I would trust with my dogs, after my dog being attacked twice she is the only person who has made been able to help with their training, she has my two dogs whilst I’m at work which gives me such peace of mind and I attend 121 training sessions with her along with group training, Natalie does training in a live environment and gives sound and useful advice, she is by far the best trainer I have ever had (and I’ve had lots) she goes above and beyond in sharing her knowledge and try to help dogs from all over and how we should treat and act around them, regularly providing Q&A sessions on her Facebook page with training tips and what we should be doing to help combat situations that regularly put dogs and humans at risk!

We were really struggling with our black Lab who had many reactive behavioural issues. Despite having followed the advice of vets and other trainers we were getting nowhere and walks became incredibly stressful.
Natalie completely changed all of this and we can’t thank her enough. I am no longer having panic attacks on walks and dreading each time I picked up the dog lead. Natalie really has made such a big difference to all our lives and we have a much happier Labrador. (And she loves boarding with Natalie too!)

Natalie is an amazing individual who is able to bring out the best in everyone.
Our girls are nearly 5 & I can honestly say that prior to Natalie we were pulling our hair out. We tried another, ‘well known’ dog training school who were happy to take our money but not help with our sibling sister issues.
Enter Natalie, with her no nonsense approach & trained us in how to support our girls to be the pups we wanted them to be.
Natalies knowledge & passion for dogs is so obvious, and she shares it with everyone if you really want to learn.
Natalies approach to real life training has seen us embark on London training days, walking with a pack of dogs on overground & underground trains, buses, training in Green Park, picnicking next to the London eye, walking along crowded streets with all dogs confident at their owners side.
We have been to Cambridge, Peterborough, dog swimming lessons, agility, flyball, local town centre treasure hunts & numerous pack walks. Each event is carefully assessed & organised to have maximum fun but be 100% safe for everyone.
Natalie attends local schools with our dogs to give young children an understanding of how to be responsible around animals, some of those children had a very real fear of dogs but after an hour of engaging in education through play & games, I personally saw the difference in how the children were, one child who would not go near the dogs was happily taking one by the lead around the hall & confidently giving basic commands to the dog.
Natalie is also our go to when we go away, I would not trust anyone else to look after my girls, they have a wonderful time at Centre Barks Boarding & we get regular photos & videos to keep us updated on the fun they are having.
I could go on for hours but will say jusy one thing to summarise.
Natalie, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts, you are simply the best.

Natalie is simply amazing with her care and confidence in boarding our dog Simba. He loves his time with her She takes away all the worry about leaving him so we can rest. My only regret is that I wish we had found her years ago. She’s one in a million.

Nat has provided the highest of day and boarding care for Mollie, my border collie. During her stays, Nat has helped me understand Mollie’s needs and to be a far better owner.
The training sessions, pack walks and individual support means that I constantly learn how to make a better life for Mollie and to ensure that she is the happy, regulated dog that she deserves to be.
Nat has also created a small community who support each other.
Lockdown didn’t stop Nat. Face to face work might have stopped but her on line dog training challenges kept everyone going and brought many a laugh too!

We have 2 golden retriever’s sisters, we was pulling our Hair out until we found Natalie. And have never looked back. Our girls are nearly 5 now . Can’t recommend paw in hand highly enough. We even board our girls with Natalie when we go away, we wouldn’t trust them with any one else.

Natalie at PIH is an amazingly talented trainer with the knowledge and qualifications to boot. She has turned around the lives of many dogs and their families.
The Centre Barks boarding services are 5* and the regular video updates allow me to relax when on holiday knowing my dog is having as much fun as me.

Natalie helped us so much with our lockdown dog when we had challenges with our other dog. It was never going to be an overnight fix but she set us off well with some great advice & has been on the end of the phone ever since! Absolutely fantastic, would have been lost without her!!
