Gemma is brilliant. We took our labrador puppy for training classes and we always get compliments on how well behaved he is despite his young age. We were able to pick up the training easily and so didn't the puppy. She's friendly, professional and knowledgeable having been a veterinary nurse before. I highly recommend her.
