One of the very few places that has allowed our dog inside a property instead of just the grounds.

Lulworth Castle is the most dog-friendly English Heritage site we have visited - we could take the dogs everywhere, normally we have to take it in turns to go in, with the other person waiting outside with the dogs.

Lulworth castle is set in beautiful surroundings , plenty of space to walk dogs . They are welcome inside the castle too. It is so good that your dog can accompany the family while they explore the history of Lulworth. The excellent tea rooms serve doggy ice cream and there are plenty of clean bowls with fresh water available for them.

The space at Lulworth is perfect for dogs and when there isn’t any live stock it’s great for a run around the Castle Grounds. Different walks around for different levels of stimulation for the dogs.

Lovely place to visit for both dogs and people. Lots of outdoor space for your doggy and a beautiful castle packed full of history and so much more for you to explore. There are even doggy ice-creams and treats.
