HoundClub Pet Services is the most caring, dedicated, educated and flexible company that I have ever known. Her patience and care for the animals that she takes care of is second to none. She has a vast amount of experience, is reliable and professional and as well as running this company, she fosters animals regularly. I have a rescue dog who had 8 different homes before he came to us and he is very nervous. However, HoundClub know how to deal with him and he is always calm, relaxed and happy when he joins them for walks, grooming or pet sitting.
I cannot recommend HoundClub enough for animals of all shapes and sizes!

Due to lockdown, my dog has been by my side constantly for five months. As soon as I met Emma from Hound Club and saw her with him, I knew this was the club we needed. Two months after our initial meeting, when Emma came to collect him for his first session, he was so excited to see her. He is settled into his new routine, and the pack, after just four days. Daily updates show he is having a ball and he comes home one contented pooch. Hound Club, and Emma get 5 stars from us. A top notch service. It's clear Emma is knowledgeable and loves all our dogs like her own.

Emma from Houndclub is fantastic. She has walked our dog Reggie from a pup and he absolutely adores her. When she arrives to take him he cannot contain his excitement and if she dares to be a couple of minutes late to collect him he sits whining for her at the gate. He thoroughly enjoys his walks/runs with his friends from the Houndclub family. Emma posts lots of videos/photos every day which is fantastic as you can see what your dogs been up to. Emma is also helpful with advise and has incredible knowledge regarding dogs. Reggie and I have no hesitation in recommending Houndclub for this award or to other dog owners.

Houndclub provides above and beyond service. Every dogs individual needs are looked after and nothing is too big or to small if they need it. Amazing customer service with dog welfare at heart. Cant reccomend enough.

Emma is just the loveliest person who always keeps the dogs interest at heart. If it's a hot day she would rather lose the cost of the walk than put my flat face Boston terrier at any possible risk. She works with each dogs personalities to make sure they get the absolute most out of their walks for their socialisation and progression. We honestly don't know what we would do without her.

Emma and the Hounds Club team are the best! Always putting the best interest of the dogs first. They are continually doing training courses which makes me feel reassured that my fur baby is in the best care. Plus, I can watch my dog on social media having the best time with his friends while he’s out! So so happy we found Hounds Club - total life safer!

We’ve been with HoundClub for almost a year now and wouldn’t trust our pooches with anybody else. We have a rescue who is very nervous around humans and to see how excited he gets to see Emma gives us all the comfort whilst we are at work. She’s also been amazing with our new pup and helped socialise and train them both. Couldn’t recommend HoundClub more. Thank you!

If there were a 6th star hound club would deserve it. Emma is incredible with my dogs and helped to train out some difficult traits in my nervous collie, making him the superstar he is now, dunno what I would have done without her! She clearly has a true passion for all animals - not only does she foster and support pups in need but she works all the hours under the sun to give A* care to all our beloved pets. She’s reliable and honest which is everything you would want in someone to trust them with your furry friends. I am incredibly thankful to hound club and I really do think they are the best.

This dog walker is genuinely THE BEST! She puts the dogs first every time and I’ve never known someone to connect with dogs like she does. Difficult dogs, friendly dogs, nervous dogs she has it all. Not only this but she rescues, fosters and re-homes dogs. Fully deserves this award although she would not think so as she would say it’s a normal day!
