Because they take great care with my 2 Newfoundlands. As Mikah and Axel take a lot of grooming and have very different characters, they are treated as individuals and allowed to rest (Mikah) and play (Axel) when they indicate they need a break. They are the only groomers I have found that the dogs are eager to go back to.

Kalilah always looks beautiful when we collect her, staff are lovely and friendly and show patience with kalilah who can be a bit hesitant to go in

My little man has stayed with them since being six months old, he is now 9.
He receives wonderful care and attention from all of the staff all of the time.

My dog thor always loves coming into the day boarding and overnight kennels. Very happy with the service everytime I bring him in, it's never stressful and they look after the dogs incredibly well.
