Well behaved dogs welcome in most of the indoor seating area as well as the outside terrace.
The Pavilion offers extensive breakfast, lunch, snack and kids menus as well as afternoon teas. Alcohol can be purchased with food orders. Enjoy Barista prepared coffee with homemade scones, cakes and buns.

I stopped here in December and it was a welcome chance to enjoy some warmth (dogs are allowed inside) and a bite to eat. For a small place the menu was varied with everything from snacks to full meals and a choice of hot and cold drinks all at very reasonable prices.
The cafe can be quite busy during weekends and school holidays, especially in fine weather, due to the fact that it is located in Springhead Park between the tennis courts and small skateboard park.
Free car parking is available at the park entrance approx 50m away.
The park itself is on a slope with what is sometimes known as the River Dolphin (definitely a stream really!) running along the bottom. There are various surfaced paths which is useful as the lower grassy area can get quite muddy in wet weather. The park also has a small ornamental garden with a ‘Dementia Friendly’ area that includes an aviary.
Waste disposal bins are more obvious in some parts of the park than others.
