Take sanctuary in this Taste of the West award-winning restaurant and enjoy freshly prepared dishes packed with local, seasonal produce. Hearty breakfasts and luscious lunches are served Monday - Saturday, while a delicious brunch menu is served on Sundays. Drinks, snacks and cakes are available all day every day. As a passionate animal welfare organisation, all meat dishes are responsibly sourced from producers with high standards of farming and welfare, while vegan and vegetarian options are prominent and varied in the menu. Good practice, good for the environment, good for you. What’s more, every penny of profit from The Kitchen goes towards helping the donkeys and mules in The Donkey Sanctuary's care and in communities around the world – an extra helping for the hardworking animals who are most in need. Open daily from 9am, 364 days a year and pre-booking is not required. Dogs on leads are very welcome at The Kitchen and The Donkey Sanctuary, where admission and parking are free.
