Dogs always receive the best welcome here, greeted by name if a returning guest. A biscuit, bowl of water and a blanket to sit on are provided with a smile and head scratch. Human food is excellent from a full English breakfast to lovingly baked cakes. The Hog is simply a joy. And Max’s favourite place.
