Inspired by homely recipes, the menus are all created using locally-sourced seasonal ingredients. Taking inspiration from much-loved family recipes and well-known British favourites, our chefs craft familiar and homely dishes using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. And while it may be fuss-free, you’ll find there’s something really pleasing about the delicious comfort food that we serve at our house, nestled away in the woods. In the colder months expect warming soups, homemade pies, winter warmer hotpot, comforting cottage pie and melt-in-the-mouth, slow cooked dishes. When it’s warmer you’ll find lighter – but still homely – favourites featured on our menus, always using forest and other carefully sourced produce.
