Welcomes dogs both in its riverside garden and inside the cafe itself. There's even a bag of dog treats on the menu.
The food served is good traditional food, cream teas and cakes including the owners own recipe "Pooley Bridge" gingerbread which can be purchased to take away as a gift.

We went this summer 2022 with our dog and had a good experience. We seated in their exterior garden by the river. They provided a bowl of fresh water and have some ice cream for dogs on the menu. We took one flavour vanilla for our dog and he absolutely loved it. The food is also lovely.

We've visited several times over the last few years and recommend it as a very dog friendly place. Dogs are welcomed in and acknowledged with their humans. Their doggy bags (full of meat and goodies) my dog loves eating out of, especially after a hike around the lake. A brilliant place to relax and enjoy a good view of the river and amazing food and drinks with your dog.
