Dogs are welcome in the bar area and outside but not in the restaurant. Water bowls are provided and all dogs are very welcome.

Then after a day out in the wild, return back to the pub for a hearty feast and a few local ales – you’ve earned it! In summer spend the evening wining and dining on our stunning sea view terrace, and in winter cuddle up next to our roaring fire with a hearty British meal!

The best dog friendly pub ever. Beautiful location on the quayside, great food and service and also lots of fuss and dog biscuits for the dogs! The staff always go out of their way to be super friendly and helpful and there have been times when we have been there and there have been more dogs than people! our favorite holiday destination.

Really dog friendly pub opposite the quay in Appledore. Excellent Sunday lunch and interesting (and tempting) everyday menu with lots of fresh fish. Dog biscuits and fuss in abundance!
