Lovely local pub. Dog bowls and dog treats given. Warm welcome from the locals always up for a chat. Great real ale. Colin is a cracking landlord who loves dogs.

New Quay is the least dog friendly town I have been to in Wales, so I was delighted to find this pub. Very friendly, a proper old pub too, so they only had rolls to eat, not an actual menu, though maybe in the summer they might have more. I have given 4 stars because I trudged round about 10 places that said no to dogs, before this one let me in!
