At The Red Lion Hunningham, food is made strictly for the soul. Bright, beautiful and mouthwatering, our food is a true sensation for the eyes and the belly. This is the kind of food that is cooked simply and cleverly while showcasing the great British palette at its culinary best.
We are positioned within the peaceful village of Hunningham, 3 miles to the north-east of Leamington Spa, yet inside the Radford Semele Ward. The Red Lion Hunningham offers enviable views along the River Leam while overlooking the spectacular Warwickshire countryside.
As far as Dog-Friendly Pubs in Warwickshire go, we regard ourselves as one of the best. If not just for our incredible location, but for allowing them to sit and enjoy a drink and snack in front of our open fire. (or bar!)

We are proud to be the only dog friendly pubs in the wonderful village of Hunningham. Surrounded by fantastic walks and common land, we think it would be a real pity to leave your four-legged friends at home. Your dogs are welcome to join you for lunch or dinner in our lounge bar.

A great Dog-Friendly location
You and your canine companion can step out of our front doors onto our little piece of Warwickshire bliss. Why not try the Hunningham Circular Walk that starts and ends at The Red Lion? We have stunning views across the rolling Warwickshire countryside. For the first half of the walk, you will enjoy the delights of the Millennium Way then return from Cubbington to join the River Leam leading you back to our starting point. But if you wish to try other areas as well, check out a few of our favourites here.

Always friendly staff. There’s a great outdoor space so if you don’t want to sit near other people with your dog you can sit further away. Love that the dogs are allowed inside too

Great pub for 4 legged or less customers. Always friendly, great food, amazing real ales & good selection of wines. Large well kept garden & a very atmospheric bar.

Beautiful pub in lovely grounds. my dog and i always feel welcomed. great dog menu and human menu. fantastic pub and great customer service.
