Went for dinner and was amazed at the quality so soon after reopening. New management and 3 new chefs led by Josh Wilde, a finalist in the Young Chef of the Year. Six of the eight tables in the Conservatory had dogs with them! This place is beautiful and has already won an award as Best Interior in Henley. Food is just as good and also deserves awards. We had the Tandoori Prawn Scotch Egg, Cornish Mussels in Cider and Bacon, Pork Tenderloin, and the Beef Cheek Bourguignon which was so tender and beautifully prepared. The menu and wine list are limited but varied and exactly right for a new opening. The offering is normal Henley prices but with food at a much higher level of quality. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and we can’t wait to go back soon with our dogs who were given treats and pampered and watered.
