The George Hotel

This is a pub and hotel which is one of the most dog friendly places we have eaten in, in a long time. The staff absolutely love dogs(more than people!!) they made us and our Basset Hound so welcome. They do dog sausage which our Basset loved. Lovely wood fire. Food excellent all the staff brilliant. Wish we could have gone there more than the once whilst on holiday. It was nice to go somewhere where dogs are very welcomed and not just tolerated. We went on a busy evening, and they had a wedding on as well, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I would definitely give these a five star.
