Called in here as it was a runner up in the 2018 Dog Friendly awards and dog's are most welcome judging by the size of the dog treat jar on the bar....This is a good old traditional pub with a host of ale's and lagers on tap, a back shelf full of spirits and fridge's full of bottles. It's great to see a pub still with a pool table and although it wasn't on I did notice a drop screen and projector over the bar. As for the food absolutely gorgeous, proper homemade pub grub. So if your in the area with or without a pooch and feeling peckish call in and tuck in. Highly Recommended.
