Elland Craft and Tap

Opened in November 2018, Elland Craft and Tap is described by its customers as “a gem of a place” and “the place to be”. Located in the centre of Elland, this little micropub is housed in a former provincial bank. It retains many of its original features including the oak panelled walls, cheque writing shelf and the door bell!. It is owned by business partners Steve and Mick who also own the award winning Elland Brewery - so they know a thing or two about making and serving quality ale!

They offer a wide range of well cellared real ales, craft lagers, ciders and beers - including guest beers from other independent breweries. Their growing Gin library, which includes locally produced Gins, complements their discerning wine and spirit menu..

The Craft and Tap team work hard to provide a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere #whereeverybodyknowsyourname. Dogs are more than welcome and will be greeted with doggie treats and plenty of fresh water. For you, they have the usual range of bar snacks but you are also welcome to bring in/order in takeaway food to enjoy with a drink or two.

In true micropub style, there is no electronic broadcast music or TV. Regular events are organised including BBQ’s, acoustic entertainment and a weekly Wednesday night quiz. It is a perfect place to make new friends, meet old friends, chat, play games, and relax. There is accessible indoor and outside seating as well as a wheelchair friendly toilet. A separate snug area and meeting room are available to reserve, free of charge, for small groups, games and meetings, and there is free WIFI throughout.
