The Cross Foxes is located in an exceptional location. Nestled at the foot of Cadair Idris mountain and only 4 miles from the spectacular Mawddach Estuary and the historic town of Dolgellau, South Snowdonia. We are graded as Gold (exceptional) by Visit Wales and recognized by the Good Pub Guide.
We have been awarded with a prestigious award by the Alistair Sawday’s Special Pub with Rooms and voted by the Independent as one of Britain’s Top 50 Country Pubs. The Western Mail also awarded us as one of one of Wales’ Posh Pubs.
