Here at The Dog Barn, we are renowned for our excellent training classes and even greater results. We have many years of experience in supporting dog owners and encouraging positive, reward based training for our canine companions. Training classes take place in our large and enclosed field, so your dog can experience natural distractions and be prepared for the big world. We offer a variety of classes for dogs of all ages, experience and temperaments. We also aim to make being groomed a calming and enjoyable experience for you and your dog and have one of the finest parlours for dog grooming in Merseyside. We work our hardest to make the grooming department an open, inviting environment that your dog will enjoy visiting and spending time in, being pampered and made to look even more beautiful than they did when they arrived! We took our reactive cocker spaniel puppy to her first training class and our trainer was amazing! She was so thorough and knew exactly what she was talking about to help us with the next steps for our puppy. The staff in the shop were also very helpful and sold us some liver cake for our class which went down a treat for Poppy! We are more than looking forwards to our future classes and to see the improvements Poppy will make!

Excellent place to visit with your dog, with lots of great services such as training and grooming, play sessions and we love the pack walks which is a great way to mix and the shop and coffee shop are always well stocked. Lovely staff there too!
