We want nothing but the best for all of our customers and their pets. We are particularly passionate about animal welfare and nutrition, which goes hand in hand with My Pet HQ’s core values of promoting unprocessed, fresh, raw diet and a chemical free lifestyle for pets.
We are proud to stock impressive brands such as Cotswold’s Raw, Feelwells, Canagan and Natures Menu as well as our famous pick’n’mix selection of natural treats, which we have in-store! Trust us, you’ll have to come and see if for yourself…
My Pet HQ was started in 2015 by Caroline and Diane Coppen; who live, sleep and breathe all things pets! The business started trading at local markets before the grand opening of My Pet HQ in 2017. A huge passion for animals has always been prominent in both of their lives, with them both working in the pet industry for over 16 years previously to launching My Pet HQ. The business has grown both locally and online so we can feed the wellness of pets nationally too!

Alfie (our 5-year old cockapoo) couldn’t ask for better care. He’s grown up with My Pet HQ and they continue to be a major part of his life. We love catching up with Di & Caroline who always have time for a chat and helpful advice. Their service and shop is second to none and we wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.
