We’ve loved hosting friends and family (including their dogs) in our home for years, and now we extend that welcome to you. The Villa This handsome Victorian Villa was originally built as a family home in the 1860s. Featuring characteristic large airy rooms and fashionable high ceilings with decorative mouldings. Each room has large feature windows that flood the rooms with natural daylight but have been sympathetically double-glazed for your comfort. Villa Marina Guest House stands proudly in its south-facing garden, where you might enjoy a leisurely cream tea or summer evening drink. We are just a few minutes walk from both Torre and Torquay train stations and have plenty of guest parking available. It is just a short, level walk to Torquay seafront, Torquay harbour, shops and restaurants and is a perfect base from which to explore the surrounding countryside, moorland or plethora of visitor attractions or to just breathe in the stunning beauty of the South Devon coastline. Our Sustainability We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and supporting our community. For your breakfasts, we use the finest locally sourced ingredients where possible. You choose from our extensive menu and cook your breakfasts freshly to order. We are a proud member of the SME Climate Hub, a global initiative that empowers small to medium-sized companies to take climate action and build more resilient businesses. Through the SME Climate Hub, we commit to lowering our impact on the environment through authentic action, halving our emissions by 2030. In making the commitment, we have joined the United Nations Race to Zero campaign. We have also been recognised as a Level 1 Travel Sustainable accommodation for demonstrating our commitment to implementing impactful sustainability practices.
