Tor Royal Farm

Tor Royal Farm House is a working beef and sheep farm on the top of Dartmoor, central in the National Park. We have direct access onto open moorland and are a 15 minute walk from the village of Princetown where you will find two dog friendly Inns which both provide great food.

We have 5 bed and breakfast rooms - in the summer dryer months we accept dogs in the upstairs rooms, but the ground floor bedroom with its own courtyard/garden is available all year round as is our Shepherds hut which is situated in our large garden and has its own 'proper' toilet and shower, also a small kitchen in the living area.

Being a farm we have dogs of our own, all which are friendly to other dogs - the cat is also 'dog wise'. All our rooms are en-suite and we provide a good farmhouse breakfast, but in the ground floor dog friendly room you will also find a microwave oven and larger fridge if you wish to be a little more self contained.

If you wish to bring your 'quiet' dog into breakfast you are welcome, but we ask that you do not leave your furry friend in the bedrooms while you go out to eat as many get distressed at being left somewhere strange.
