The Whistlefield Inn

The Whistlefield Inn has everything you want from a traditional Scottish drover's inn. The Whistlefield has many public areas to enjoy: the bar with cosy log burner and Rosie the coo; the Green Room is perfect for drinks or casual food and boasts comfy sofas, a log fire and wonderful views down the loch; the snug is just what it says it is; the restaurant is more for dining including breakfast with breathtaking loch views. Dogs are welcome in all areas with the exception of the restaurant.

All of our 8 rooms are as individual as the building. Please do call us if you require guidance. Some rooms are smaller but still have all standard facilities, some rooms have woodland view, some have loch view, some are ground floor, some have vaulted ceilings, some have double beds, some have king beds etc! Our building is not slick and modern but traditional, welcoming, homely and run to professional standards by a Husband and Wife team with around 60 years joint experience.

We are located within 14 acres of land, including beautiful loch side woodland. Just 5 minutes walk from our front door you are in open forest with great paths and breathtaking views.
