St Anne's House is a boutique B&B in Sutton Bonington, a pretty village on the Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire borders. Your hosts, Janine and Chris welcome you to their home where you can enjoy the large comfortable rooms, guest lounge, open fires, and large picturesque garden. Well behaved dogs are welcome so long as they are friendly with the owners Westie "Hamish"

The owners are proud to have a 5 star hygiene rating and a full english breakfast is served using local produce and homemade bread and jams.
The University of Nottingham, Sutton Bonington campus is a 15 minute walk, Nottingham city centre 25 minutes drive, Loughborough 15 minutes drive, Derby 35 minutes drive and Leicester 40 minutes drive. The Peak District is a 40 minute drive.
St Anne's House offers one ensuite double room, and a further double and twin room with private bathroom.
