Spanning across 30 acres of fields and gardens, set in a woodland backdrop, our estate provides a tranquil haven for both you and your furry companion whilst being only a short drive from the bustling market town of Cardigan and the stunning beaches of the Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion coastline. Inside the house, you'll discover a welcoming ambiance adorned with ornate ceilings, antiques, and fine art, offering the perfect retreat beside a crackling fire in the Winter or sitting on the Terrace overlooking the water gardens in the Summer, where you can unwind with a drink or delve into a good book from our well stocked Library. Discover our exquisite four suites, each named after esteemed families who have left their mark on Plas Llangoedmor through the ages, and individually decorated to provide a luxury experience: Berrington Davies Suite: Named after the longest-serving family, this suite features an impressive ensuite converted from the family nursery. With opulent amenities including a freestanding nickel bath, Victorian style throne high level toilet, and luxury marble double basin sink, along with a grand Mahogany sleigh bed and antique furnishings, guests are sure to feel like royalty. Lloyd Suite: Named after one of the oldest families of Plas Llangoedmor, this spacious suite boasts exposed Tudor timber frames and views over the Kitchen Garden and fields. The Lloyd Suite with it's luxury Super King bed, lounge suite, and superior ensuite with a Victorian style freestanding shower temple and Burlington roll top bath offers guests a luxurious retreat blending historic charm and modern comfort. Millingchamp Suite: Honouring the Millingchamp family, this suite exudes elegance with carefully selected décor including wallpaper and fabric by Matthew Williamson. Guests can admire original features like the marble fireplace while enjoying stunning views of the water gardens and Preseli Hills. The suite comes complete with a luxury Super King sized bed and luxury ensuite with a fabulous freestanding roll top bath complete with Victorian style nickel shower cage. Vaughan Suite: Named after the Vaughan family, this double aspect suite offers abundant natural light and breath-taking views of the water gardens and Cardigan. Decorated in classic Georgian style with a handmade block print wallpaper and antique King Size tester four poster bed, guests can relax in opulent surroundings. A luxury ensuite that features a fabulous freestanding roll top bath complete with Victorian style nickel shower cage and high level throne Burlington toilet completes this exquisite suite. The original teak herringbone floor, painstakingly sourced and restored over three years, adds a gleaming touch, its history tracing back to the majestic ships of Cardigan Harbour. Equipped with a range of exercise essentials including a running machine, cross trainer, rowing machine, and mats, you can kickstart your day with a rejuvenating fitness session. But it's not just the humans who are catered to at Plas Llangoedmor – we understand that your four-legged companions are part of the family too! Our V.I. Pups are treated to a warm welcome with their very own welcome pack, brimming with treats and essentials for a luxurious stay. Each of our four suites includes a cosy dog bed, and crates are available upon request. Our Groom Room is designed to pamper your furry friends, ensuring they go from muddy to magnificent. After exploring the great outdoors of West Wales, you can utilize our luxury washing facility to clean and dry your dogs before bringing them back into the mansion. With 30 acres of fields and woodland to roam, your furry friends will be in their element. Our grounds feature a beautiful Victorian water garden, complete with cascades and tranquil pools, along with a secure exercise paddock for off-lead fun. In the summer, we even provide agility equipment for you and your dogs to enjoy together!
