We opened in July 2019 and our vision is simple: to create a holiday home and lodge park that is inspired by our owners and holidaymakers and defined by luxury. We are a family-owned group dedicated to providing quality and luxury at every turn and delivering exceptional customer service. As a company, we are guided by family-led values and aim to create a truly unique, effortless experience for guests wishing to escape from their daily lives to indulge themselves in The Lake District. Visitors to our park are keen to get out and explore all aspects of Cumbria whether that be watersports on the lakes, walking in the mountains, shopping or eating great food. We are a luxury base for families to truly experience Cumbria at its finest and have over 200 lodges to choose from. With considerable investment and inspired vision, we aim to continue providing a 5-star service as standard, whilst finding new ways to exceed the expectations of our owners and holidaymakers. 2024 will see the exciting introduction of our Spa, designed to bring serenity and relaxation to all who visit. We are creating a sanctuary that harmonizes with the natural surroundings, allowing you to connect with the elements and rejuvenate your senses. We are also committed to continuously innovating and identifying new ways to increase the sustainability of our park and this year will see the development of our solar farm, one of the many ways we try to reduce our carbon footprint. We actively promote the reduction of waste and the opportunity to recycle and on park we have several electric vehicles along with our very own charging points available for free to all guests. We are a beautifully maintained park that offers family-friendly facilities and 5-star service. Our team are ecstatic that for the third consecutive year, we have been honoured with the prestigious Diamond Award from Hoseasons. This is a testament to our unwavering commitment to providing unparalleled service and experiences and reflects the dedication and passion of our entire team. On arrival our guests will find an abundance of treats to welcome them to their holiday, all from local suppliers to ensure our guests have the best start to their holiday. This ranges from a bottle of milk in the fridge for that first cup of tea to the luxury of a robe & slippers to help them relax and unwind with the hot tub. Our on site shop in reception is full of locally supplied items such as, Cheese from Appleby, Cakes from Cakes in The Lakes, Ice-cream from Abbott Lodge Farm, Bacon & sausages from Mackays Meats and Chutneys & Jams from Hawkshead. Any guests celebrating a special occasion can arrange a celebration pack tailored to their every need. Our fully accessible and pet friendly Lake House Bar & Restaurant is where guests can experience a menu of delicious home-made classics, created from locally sourced Lakeland ingredients. For families we have an outdoor play area for children as well as free access to the adventure golf area. Pets on holiday with us have full use of our enclosed dog walking field and, this year we are excited to introduce a dog agility area and dog wash station to boost their holiday fun even more. 2024 will see our park expand with additional pitches for owners and an exciting new Spa. Our Spa will create a sanctuary that harmonizes with the natural surroundings, allowing guests to connect with the elements and rejuvenate their senses and will include an additional fine dining restaurant.
