Killigarth Manor Holiday Park

Nestled away down a country lane with stunning countryside views is our Killigarth Manor Holiday Park. Holidaymakers return here year after year to stay in our 'Valley View' and 'Top Field' caravans and wide range of lodge accommodation. A public footpath from the park leads down to Talland Bay, a magical cove with great rock pools for the kids to investigate, plenty for dogs to explore, and a beach café with Cornish cream teas you'll never forget. On park there's something to keep everyone happy from adventure playground, crazy golf and Foxy Club for the children to a tennis court and gym for Mum and Dad, plus everyone can enjoy splashing around in the indoor pool with separate toddler pool. Just a mile and a half from the park you'll find the fishing village of Polperro with its narrow, winding streets and cottages perched on steep slopes overlooking a tiny harbour. Visit and you may want to stay - forever! Polperro has a small sandy beach for everyone to visit whilst they enjoy their Cornwall caravan holidays. A dog paradise. There is a small walkway across the beach, which can be used at low tide, to transfer holiday makers to the regular boat trips. You can also enjoy the natural tidal bathing pool which is also a perfect spot for rock pooling. Famous for its delicious seafood caught by local fisherman, you can enjoy many delightful cafés, pubs and restaurants on the harbour or even try and catch your own basket of fish on one of Polperro’s unforgettable fishing trips. There is a great range of caravan and lodge accommodation, including a hot tub lodge at Killigarth Holiday Park. Our caravans are located in two areas, either on Valley View with stunning countryside views and far reaching glimpses of the sea, or in Top Field which is a level area. We have one adapted caravan with ramp access and dedicated parking which is suitable for wheelchair users. Our lodges are all up on Top Field which is separated from the main venue by a lane. From Top Field you can access the coastal path. We have 3 apartments in the Manor House. All of these have been sympathetically converted and boast some original period features. In addition, we have three traditional-style houses, two of which are suitable for larger groups. All of these houses have their own parking and garden. Please note areas of this park are hilly and may be unsuitable for wheelchair users or guests with mobility requirements. Please call us to discuss your requirements.
