Amazing groomer and the only one I've found that can groom my Chows. Alex is so friendly and truly loves her job. She spend time with your dog and makes sure they are comfortable during the whole groom. I've tried they rest and now found the best there's no going back!

We've had Chows for seven years now and were unable to find anyone who could groom them properly. We met a dog walker who said her friend specialized in chows. So we went to the other side of Glasgow to give them a try and we'll never go to anyone else. Unlike every other groomer we'd been to Alex knew what she was doing. Most shockingly she allowed us to stay while she did the groomer which relaxed owner and dogs. They are just amazing and when the dogs had enough Alex picks up on it and rests them, we've never had this we've had a groomer call us after four hours to say she couldn't finish the groom but took the full money anyway! Most important for us both our dogs love the staff at Prep La Pooch and got back to the store happily knowing their going to be looked after and pampered. Five stars aren't enough
