We absolutely adore fran and so does our little poppy, we love that she talks to her through out her appointment as poppy is a very anxious dog. We know fran treats her like a princess because she runs in and rolls over for a belly rub haha

Best decision g groomer around. She’s amazing with our rescue dog Enzo and was fab with our dog mac who sadly passed away. The dogs love her
