We managed to find Fran from a previous workplace where she delivered such excellence so was thrilled when she started her own grooming salon.

Fran has therefore been grooming our Doris since she was a pup and not only does she come out looking and smelling beautiful but also relaxed (Doris had a medical issue which left her paralysed for a short while, but recovered with a limp and also has a “wonky” stance ) and still she loves nothing more than seeing Fran who has embraced and learnt Doris’s ways and “wonky’ness “.

We have always had a hand strip groom, but recently moved to a clipper groom and can say I have never been disappointed!!
