Ann started grooming my anxious boy after he refused to visit the groomer we'd been using since he was a pup. She's the only 'by consent' groomer in our area and she's working so hard to ensure that pupper has a positive experience. We're working slowly to rebuild his confidence and work towards using the shower again. Ann takes everything at his pace, is attentive to his body language and is so patient and kind. He looks great after each groom, coming home with a bandana or bow tie, but most importantly he is happy every time he sees her!
