The Flying Ducks Vintage Cafe and Deer park
Our 1972 vintage caravan cafe is located in the beautiful Petworth house, deer park. Plenty of parking and stunning scenery, we are open for beautiful beverages, iced delights and handmade treats. Woofers get free treats, fresh water too!
Read MoreFollow the signs for the 'vintage cafe', you will find us in the car park. Plenty of seating, and blankets to soften the seat or keep the chill away.
Our coffee is possibly the nicest around , and we make an awesome hot chocolate. Our ice cream comes from the Yorkshire Dales, and it will delight you after a long walk in the beautiful Petworth park.
We love woofers, and if you don't mind us taking a picture of your pawsome friend, we always post them up on our Instagram pages.
Unfortunately, we don't have toilet facilities, but there are some rather lovely ones in the main Petworth House car park, 1 mile walk away through the park, or a 2 minute drive. Parking is free to National Trust members, and if you just want to stop for a refreshment, you also won't be charged . There is a free shuttle bus from the main house, if you want to come and see us without the car. Quite frankly, I'd join the NT, because you'll be spoilt for choice on the walking front!
Anyway, come and see us, we love a chat, and we really are 'barking' mad!
