Leave that busy life behind and prepare to recalibrate with Restorative Movement and Mindfulness. The holistic session takes place in the garden overlooking the Devon countryside uses elements from a range of disciplines: Breath work, to prepare the mind and body, leaving all those worries and cares behind and allowing you to fully tune into your body and sense of self. A Thai flow sequence to create a deep sense of calm in both body and mind. Restorative movements from Yoga and Pilates with a focus on bringing a sense of healing with self-care and awareness to improve the whole of your wellbeing. You will end the session with a Meditation bringing a deeper sense of relaxation and calmness to the rest of your day. This will be followed by hot tub soaks and then Afternoon Tea which includes a selection of sandwiches, wraps, savoury pastries and cheese scones along with a variety of indulgent sweet treats, all homemade and served with tea, coffee and soft drinks
