Mount Stewart National Trust with lunch in Wildfowler in Greyabbey
Mount Stewart is one of the most inspiring and unusual gardens in the National Trust’s ownership. The garden reflects a rich tapestry of design and great planting that was the hallmark of Edith, Lady Londonderry. The gardens are beautiful and dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. There is a courtyard to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, but if you prefer something more substantial after your walk, then head along the Portaferry Road to Greyabbey and enjoy lunch or dinner in the Wildfowler Inn where you and your dog will be made very welcome. There is an extensive menu of local sourced produce.
