Grampian Transport Museum
(1 review)
Enjoy a superb day out for all the family at Grampian Transport Museum! The museum showcases everything from supercars to stagecoaches. There's something new to discover on every visit and it is recommended allowing half a day for your visit. Take a trip down memory lane with some local legends and take a pit stop in the tea room. There's a great gift shop, too!
Key highlights for the 2020 season include a renewed Guy Martin collection, a fascinating insight into the evolution of the Electric Vehicle and an in-depth look into the world of the autonomous car!
At the present time we have in place comprehensive Covid 19 safety measures to keep our visitors as safe as possible. A clear signage system explains how it all works and the measures are being very well received by visitors. To prevent overcrowding we have moved to online bookings easily accessed through our website. Please also note that GTM is open Thursday to Sunday inclusive 10am to 5pm with the last booking arrival time of 3.30pm.

A fantastic museum that offers a superb "dog-friendly" exhibition. From dog biscuits upon arrival, a water bowl outside and even being allowed to sit in the tea room. The Grampian Transport Museum is a fantastic nominee for the dog-friendly awards.
