Wisteria Cottage is nestled in a truly rural location, and is the perfect base for couples and families looking to escape the stresses of everyday life and great for walking the dogs as there are many walks on the cottage doorstep. Located in rural Mid Wales near Devils Bridge you approach Wisteria Cottage by a private driveway. Wisteria Cottage is the epitome of style and comfort and has been lovely refurbished by the owners that live in the adjacent house set in 3 ½ acres of grounds. The main house was built in the 1800s by the Lisbune Mine Company and went on to be the local Doctor's house and surgery in the 1950s. What was the stable and hayloft has now become a delightful detached holiday cottage, secluded from the owners home and with a very contemporary style. Ground Floor: Open plan living space: With tiled floor. Living area: With wood burner, 40" Sky TV, DVD player and CD player. Kitchen/dining area: With electric range, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and French doors leading to patio. Separate toilet. First Floor: Bedroom 1: With zip and link kingsize bed (can be 2ft 6in twin beds on request), Freeview TV and en-suite with walk-in shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed, Freeview TV and en-suite with walk-in shower and toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Private hot tub for 4 (private). 3 medium-sized dogs welcome. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are natural slopes in the garden. We except up to three dogs. The Cottage is completely enclosed so you can feel assured that your dogs can not escape and if they do they will not get that far as their is another fence around the property and one around the grounds surrounding the owners own home and Wisteria Cottage.
