Ty Capel Seion is a delightful traditional stone holiday cottage close to the University town of Bangor in Snowdonia. It has been lovingly restored and retains much of its original character but with the benefit of modern luxuries like underfloor heating. The woodburning stove will add warmth and a cosy feel come cooler evenings after your day exploring Snowdonia. Alternatively, have a relaxing soak in the lovely roll top bath. The living space is open plan. The kitchen is handmade with a wonderful oak worktop. There’s an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and toaster. The wooden dining table and chairs seat four. In the sitting area are squishy sofas set around a wood burning stove with a Smart TV. In the bathroom is a roll top bath with shower over, loo and wash hand basin. The two bedrooms comprise of a master with a king size bed and a twin bedroom. Head outside into the back garden which is pretty, sheltered and enclosed. It has a lawn, shrubs, slate patio area with table and chairs for sitting out with your cuppa in the morning. There is parking available. This holiday cottage is actually located in Seion which is a small and peaceful hamlet in Snowdonia but you’re a short drive from the nearby towns of Caernarfon, Bangor and Llanberis which all offer something unique. On offer are steam train journeys through breathtaking scenery and hiking, walking, cycling and canoeing opportunities and many more. Zip World is also close by for the adventurous amongst you! Ty Capel Seion is also on one level, with all the rooms on the ground floor meaning if you find stairs tricky, this is an ideal holiday cottage for you.
