Beyond the rear door to the property is a fully enclosed and covered area which you will find useful for storing your coats and boots, hanging your washing or drying off the dog. This area also provides access to a WC.Upstairs you have two well-presented bedrooms, the twin room offering a pair of binoculars for tracking ships passing through from Portsmouth. Lastly, the stylish bathroom boasts antique furnishings, marble top and spotlights in the ceiling, highlighting a sleek finish. Outside you have an enclosed garden to the front with patio furniture, so you can sit and admire the glistening views of the sea and watch the world pleasantly go by. Monks Bay is just east of the village, home to Bonchurch Pottery and there is a lovely walk from here that leads to the larger coastal town of Ventnor.
